Pricing questions
Can I change my plan during the subscription?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately — you pay a prorated amount for the remaining period. Downgrades take effect from the next billing period.
Can I get a refund?
The digital service begins immediately after payment. By agreeing to immediate performance, you waive the 14-day right of withdrawal under applicable consumer law. You can cancel your subscription at any time (access continues until the end of the paid period), but we don't refund charges already used.
What happens to my data if I cancel my subscription?
Your data stays safe for the retention period defined in our privacy policy. All your entries, analyses and history remain intact until the end of the paid period. You can export them at any time.
What's the difference between Deep Mentor and Enterprise?
Deep Mentor ($99/mo) is a self-serve plan for individual traders — a daily deep, investigative day analysis and Deep Mentor's Mind, paid by card right away. Enterprise is an offer for teams and firms: everything in Deep Mentor without limits, plus onboarding and team support, with pricing set individually in a conversation with us.
