Does TraderAI Assistant work with any market (forex, crypto, stocks)?
Yes. Forex, crypto, stocks, indices, commodities, CFDs — all of them. AI analyzes your trades regardless of instrument. The Journal and Consistency Guardian work based on your entries, so they don't require broker integration. And if you trade futures on TopstepX — on the Deep Mentor plan you can connect your account and trades will land in the journal automatically.
How does the TopstepX integration work?
On the Deep Mentor plan you connect your TopstepX account and the platform starts working on real data: every trade automatically lands in the Journal (auto-journaling), a real-time discipline guardian detects revenge trading, overtrading, missing stop losses or size escalation after a loss, and Shadow Analysis independently reviews each of your entries. After you close your day, you can enable an automatic account lockout (Personal Lockout) until the end of the trading day. The platform never places orders and never changes your limits — the only allowed action is the optional lockout, which you enable yourself.
What is Shadow Analysis?
With a connected TopstepX account, AI reviews each of your trades independently of you — context, entry, stop loss, trade management, exit. The point is the learning loop: you can describe and assess the trade yourself first, and only then compare with the AI's review. Your own assessment first, then the confrontation — that's how you build independence, not reliance on a tool.
How is TraderAI Assistant different from other trading journals?
Most "trading journals" are glorified spreadsheets. TraderAI Assistant is different — AI analyzes your entries and catches patterns, the Consistency Guardian monitors discipline, the AI Assistant reviews your analyses against your own methodology, and the Your Progress system measures your Process Score and points out specific skill gaps. On the Deep Mentor plan you also get a mentor with memory — Deep Mentor's Mind grows with every session and runs a deep, investigative analysis of your day, every day.
What is Consistency Score and why is it more important than profit alone?
Consistency Score is your discipline rating on a 0-100 scale. It measures not how much you earn, but whether you stick to the plan. A trader with 55% win rate but consistency score of 40 — will lose money. Same trader with consistency of 85 — starts making money, because emotions stop messing things up.
How much does TraderAI Assistant cost?
We offer four paid plans: Basic at $29/mo, Pro at $49/mo, and Deep Mentor at $99/mo — plus Enterprise for teams and firms, with custom pricing. Each higher plan unlocks fuller access to the AI Assistant, Consistency Guardian, advanced reports and the progress tracking system. The Deep Mentor plan additionally requires your own Anthropic API key (inference cost billed directly by Anthropic, on top of the plan price).
Can I try it before buying?
There is no free trial — your subscription and billing start immediately when you choose a plan. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from your account settings.
Why does Deep Mentor require its own API key?
The Deep Mentor plan unlocks a daily deep, investigative analysis of your day plus Deep Mentor's Mind (an understanding of you built over time), which run on the Claude Opus model and need significantly more compute than the standard AI Mentor. To keep the plan price itself lower and predictable, you settle the inference cost (typically $60-120/mo) directly with Anthropic on your own API key — we don't add it to your subscription price.
Is my trading data safe?
Yes. End-to-end encryption, Row Level Security — each user sees only their own data. We don't share it with anyone and we don't sell it. Full GDPR compliance. You can export or delete your data at any time.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, no strings attached. Change your plan or cancel — one click in account settings.
Can I get a refund?
The digital service starts immediately once payment is made. Under EU consumer law, by agreeing to immediate performance of a digital service you waive the standard 14-day right of withdrawal. You can cancel your subscription at any time (access continues until the end of the period you already paid for), but we do not refund charges already incurred.
Will AI replace my mentor?
No, and that's not the point. AI is an additional tool — gives you objective, instant feedback 24/7. Even the best mentor can't provide that non-stop. TraderAI Assistant complements, not replaces, human mentoring.
