Privacy Policy

We process only the data necessary for the proper operation of the Service and the provision of our services. The categories of data we collect include:

• Account data (Supabase Auth) — email address, first name (optional), and an encrypted password. This data is necessary to create and manage a user account.
• Trading data — information about trades entered by the User into the trading journal, such as instrument, direction, entry/exit price, volume, and notes.
• Analytics data — anonymous data about how the Service is used, collected via Vercel Analytics and Plausible Analytics. This includes pages visited, time spent in the Service, and device type. Plausible Analytics does not use cookies and does not collect personal data.

We use the collected data for the following purposes:

• Providing the service — enabling login, maintaining the trading journal, generating statistics, and managing subscriptions.
• AI analysis and feedback — processing trading data through artificial intelligence models to generate personalized analyses, suggestions, and reports on the User's trading activity.
• Analytics and improving the Service — anonymous analysis of how the Service is used allows us to identify issues, improve functionality, and adapt the product to users' needs.
• Communication — sending information about your account, changes to the Terms of Service, product updates, and (with consent) marketing content.

The Service uses cookies to a limited extent. We only use:

• Essential cookies — session and authentication files necessary for the proper functioning of the Service (login, session persistence).
• Vercel Analytics — minimal analytics cookies used to measure the performance of the Service.

We also use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics tool — it does not use cookies and does not track users across sites.

Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR), you have the following rights:

• Right of access — you have the right to obtain information about what data of yours we process and for what purpose.
• Right to rectification — you can request correction of inaccurate data or completion of incomplete data.
• Right to erasure — you have the right to request deletion of your personal data (the “right to be forgotten”).
• Right to data portability — you can receive your data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
• Right to withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal.
• Right to restriction of processing — in certain cases, you can request that processing of your data be restricted.
• Right to object — you have the right to object to the processing of your data based on the controller's legitimate interest.

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected:

• Account data — stored for as long as you hold an active account. After account deletion, the data is permanently deleted within 30 days, except for data required for billing or legal purposes.
• Trading data — stored for as long as you hold an account. You can export or delete your data at any time from your account settings.
• Analytics data — data from Plausible and Vercel Analytics is stored in anonymized form and does not allow identification of a specific user.
